About the event
Because we know that the numbers for new diagnoses of HIV for Black women is rising, and because we know over 1/2 of us experience DV, AND because we know many of that number are experiencing sexual assault (SA) within DV, we want Black women to KNOW YOUR STATUS!
Thanks to our newly formed collaboration with PHC The Project, we are able to help you find that out in the space of our organization that you know you can trust!
Black Women, on this day, you can walk in with no appointment anytime between noon and 6 pm and find out your status for HIV in less than 2 minutes! We are housing the professionals who will conduct the testing, and although they are not women of color, they are respectful, knowledgeable, and we will be there onsite during the whole event!
